Designed in Australia the the Dyson Adventure 20″ is a great way of combining the ease of an e-bike with compact storage and ease of transport. With a pair of simple and easy to use latches, the frame and stem fold down and create a compact 88 x 69 x 40cm package – small enough to easily fit in most vehicles.
The Adventure has a removable 11.6AH battery pack cleverly integrated in the alloy frame. The battery is easily removed for charging, either with the included 240v system or the option 12v versions (available separately) for a vehicle cigarette lighter socket. Spare batteries and chargers are available for purchase separately.
The motor is controlled by the inbuilt computer which senses the revolutions of the crank, so the faster you pedal the more it ‘helps’ you along by using the powerful 250 Watt electric motor to spin the rear wheel for you. For your safety, the motor assistance cuts out as soon as you pull either brake level or stop pedalling.
The Dyson Adventure Folding 20 inch electric bike is ideally suited to city commuters, apartment dwellers or travellers who like to store their bikes in their cars or vans.
