Lekker Leather Saddle

This is a traditional style sprung leather saddle with a chromed steel spring and silver coloured studs on the top of the saddle.

These saddles are best for short rides where style is your priority. The softening process will be improved by regular treatments of a clear leather conditioner, but for longer rides, we recommend a touring grade saddle with higher quality leather that will soften more quickly eg our Brooks or Gilles Berthoud leather saddle range.

The colour is a rich dark brown and a light honey. Both will darken with regular conditioning and use. To keep the chromed elements looking their best, we recommend regular applications of Boeshield T9 Rust & Corrosion Protector.

The saddle has loops for attachment of a traditional style saddle bag eg. see Brooks Challenge or Carradice Zipped Rolled saddle bags. Saddle bag not included.

Also included is a tightening tool to tighten the saddle as the leather softens with time and use.

DISCOUNTED TO CLEAR – minor scuffs may be present that will generally polish out with use and a leather conditioner.
