Ortlieb Sport-Roller City QL1 Classic (pair)

The Ortlieb Sport-Roller City QL1 pannier set is a simplified version of the Ortleb Sport Roller Classic QL2.1.

Key points of difference is the omission of a shoulder strap and a screw-driver required for the initial set up of the hook positioning (unlike the QL2.1 which has tool-free adjustment).  If neither of these issues are a big deal, QL1s are a great wave to save a dollar.
