Metro Cycles to become Drift Bikes Metro

Servicing of bikes purchased at Metro Cycles can be arranged by using the booking form on the Drift Bikes Workshop page.  When making the booking, please advise Drift if this is a bike purchased at Metro Cycles and any special requirements (eg. pick up required from Newcastle West, large cargo bike, etc).

WARRANTY SUPPORT

During August, the Newcastle West Metro Cycles store will be closed for renovations but Metro Cycles staff will be able to provide preliminary assistance with warranty queries. 

Please send us an email to sales@metrocycles.com.au clearly outlining:

• the issue,
• images of the bike, the fault, the serial number, and
• your contact details.

From September 2023, Drift Bikes Metro will be able to assist you with any warranty issues.
